Jim Jennings
Jim Jennings is a Principal and Senior Project Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of transportation projects. Prior to joining Quandel he worked on several major projects in the Midwest, including the I-94 Dan Ryan Reconstruction, the I-70 Stan Musial Veterans Memorial Bridge project and the O’Hare Modernization Program. More recently he has performed program management for two major intercity rail projects: the Chicago to St. Louis High-Speed Rail Project, and the Chicago to Quad Cities Rail Project, Illinois’ current effort to implement new rail service between Chicago and the Quad Cities. Jim also serves as the Director of Business Operations. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA from the University of Chicago. Jim is registered as a professional engineer in Illinois and Michigan.
